Lead Instructor Captain Ryan Dullea will present Fire Department Report Writing: Documenting the Incident, Protecting the Organization to members of the Tinton Falls Fire Department.

This course focuses on preparing clear, accurate, and professional incident reports that properly document emergency operations while protecting firefighters and their organizations. Students will examine effective narrative writing, chronological documentation, distinguishing facts from assumptions, accurately recording observations and actions, and avoiding common reporting mistakes. Through practical examples, members will strengthen their ability to produce thorough, defensible reports that may be used during investigations, legal proceedings, after-action reviews, and other official inquiries.
