We are proud to announce that our owner and Chief of Training Danny Arroyo will be presenting at FDIC 2026! He will be teaching his “Effective & Practical Training Tactics for Fire Departments: A Proactive Yet Safety-Oreinted Mindset” class. He will be given a hour and 45 min presentation time during the week of April 20, 2026. This training class is designed to instill a practical mindset in fire department personnel, emphasizing the importance of proactive and effective training strategies while prioritizing safety. Participants will explore a comprehensive framework for establishing and executing training programs that enhance operational readiness and team performance through knowledge sharing and comprehension. Students will learn how to establish, run, adjust, and conduct training within their departments while adhering to NFPA guidelines and OSHA safety standards.
