Fire Training & Consultants, LLC will present From Size-Up to Overhaul: Thermal Imaging for Fireground Operations for the Florham Park Fire Department.

This program strengthens firefighters’ ability to use thermal imaging during size-up, search, fire attack, and overhaul. Participants will review camera operation, image interpretation, application modes, and camera limitations while connecting thermal images with changing fireground conditions.

A controlled dollhouse-burn demonstration will connect classroom concepts with observations of fire growth, smoke movement, ventilation, flow paths, and water application. Participants will compare visible fire conditions with the information shown on their cameras.
