In partnership with Fire Service Performance Concepts, LLC, we successfully conducted a comprehensive 24-hour training course on the NJ DFS Hazmat On-Scene Incident Commander for members of the Garwood Fire Department. This specialized program equipped the participants with essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage hazardous materials incidents, ensuring they are well-prepared to respond to emergencies safely and efficiently. The training included hands-on exercises, case studies, and interactive discussions, all aimed at enhancing their command and control capabilities in high-pressure situations.
