At Fire Training & Consultants, LLC, we are proud to offer a full spectrum of fire service training designed to meet the needs of every department. Our programs include annual, basic, advanced, and drill-night sessions, as well as specialized training such as the National Fallen Firefighters Leadership Program.

Owner/Chief of Training
Danny Arroyo
Danny is a Battalion Chief and Chief of Training for the Perth Amboy Fire Department, bringing extensive experience in fire service operations and leadership. He is an active member of several specialized units, including the Special Operations team, Marine Division, Peer Support team, and Fire Investigation Unit. He has also served as the Honor Guard Commander and a member of the SCUBA Dive Team.
In addition to his departmental roles, he is a Fire Instructor at the Monmouth County Fire Academy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fire Administration and Investigation from Columbia Southern University. He is also a graduate of the Paramedic Program at Union County College.
He is a Certified Training Officer through the International Association of Fire Service Instructors. He has credentials in various firefighter ranks, such as NJ Firefighter 2, Fire Instructor 2, Fire Investigator, Fire Officer 1, Incident Management Level 3, and Hazmat On-Scene Incident Commander.
He has been published in Fire Engineering, Firefighter Nation, and The International Association of Fire Service Instructors Newsletter. He also writes a monthly column in the NJ FMBA Bulletin.
Along with being the Owner and Chief of Training for Fire Training & Consultants, he also serves as an advocate for the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, and he is the chairman of the Education & Safety Committee with the New Jersey FMBA.
